The Jalingo Boys’ forward has expressed his desire to add to his goals when they face the Restoration Boys on Saturday in Oghara
FC Taraba striker Abdulmalik Mohammed has stated that he would lead his team’s goal search when they tackle Bayelsa United on Saturday in a Match Day Four tie in Oghara.
The Jalingo Boys sit atop the league table with seven points from three matches and they are away to the Restoration Boys who are in the hunt for their first win of the season.
Abdulmalik told Goal that they are looking forward to having a good match in Oghara and also preserving their unbeaten run after the encounter in Oghara on Saturday.
“We are going for the match against Bayelsa United full of hope that we will get positive result. We have decided to go for the match with all that we have. We will face Bayelsa United as if our lives depended on the fixture. They won’t have breathing space at all,” Abdulmalik told Goal.
The former Kaduna United striker has scored a goal from three games already played this season. His only goal came in their 3-2 home win over Enugu Rangers in the first match of the current campaign.
