movement,

calls
for
“fair
and
agreed
royalties
and
taxes”
to
be
paid
to
central
government,
promotes
what
it
calls
the
Niger
Delta
Indigenous
Peoples
(NIDP)
Charter
comprising
all
ethnicities
within
the
six
core
so-called
‘South-South’
oil
producing
states
of
Akwa
Ibom,
Bayelsa,
Cross
Rivers,
Edo,
Delta
and
Rivers.
